OUR Sales Process
Our experienced team will handle every aspect of your sale, ensuring a smooth and successful experience:
- Viewings: We arrange and conduct viewings, including evenings and weekends, for buyer convenience.
- Regular Updates: You’ll receive consistent feedback and updates throughout the campaign.
- Negotiations: We manage negotiations to secure the best possible sale price.
- Completion: Once an offer is accepted, we handle the transition through to completion, including:
- Accepting the booking deposit
- Liaising with your solicitor and the buyer’s solicitor
- Providing ongoing advice and support during the conveyancing process

Fees:
- 1.25% + VAT for properties valued at less than €400,000
- 1.1% + VAT for properties valued at €400,000 or more
