Our Story

Founded in 1998, Quinn Property Management began as a small local property management firm and has grown to become a leading multi-service property company across the West and Mid-West of Ireland. Over more than two decades, the business has expanded its expertise across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Neal Quinn took over the business in 2016, and since then the company has grown to become one of the leading property service employers in the area.

Neil & Seamus are two gentlemen, it’s hard and stressful buying or selling a house and this company literally pave the way in front of you , there with you for every step of the way , my home needed a lot of repairs and they got one person to do everything instead of using your money , the staff are always friendly and it was just a pleasure too have dealt with them , id highly recommend them as the bigger ones just don’t care about you they only care about making the sale

From the very beginning, Brittany has been incredibly supportive and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. She promptly acknowledged our initial request and ensured everything—from scheduling viewings to answering our questions—was handled with great care and efficiency.

We were happy to see the new apartment and proceeded to pay the deposit and first month’s rent, fully ready to sign the lease. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected and unavoidable personal circumstances, we had to withdraw at the last moment. This was a very difficult decision for us, but Brittany’s response truly stood out. She showed remarkable understanding, support and kindness. Instead, she handled the situation with empathy and promptly arranged the return of our deposit and rent without any hassle.
