What does a property management company do?

A property management company oversees the day-to-day management of Owners’  Management Companies (OMCs), commercial units, and residential blocks of houses  and apartments.

This includes managing common areas, arranging maintenance and repairs, collecting  service charges, overseeing budgets and sinking funds, coordinating insurance, and  ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and fire safety requirements. We also act  as a central point of contact for owners, occupiers, contractors, and board members,  helping to protect the value of the development while ensuring it is well-maintained,  compliant, and professionally managed.
