Smoke Alarm

If your smoke alarm is battery powered please check if the batteries require replacement before you submit your request.

Washing machine

If your Washing Machine is not draining or spinning, please ensure the drain filter is clear from any obstructions. If you are unsure on how to do this, please consult the user manual for your appliance these are usually available for free online. If this does not resolve the issue, please continue to submit this request.

Locks and Keys

If you are unable to get access to the property or if the property is unsecure then you must contact us immediately by telephone.

No power

If the power outage is localised in one room/section of the property please first check if any circuit breakers require resetting in your fuse box. If there is no power throughout your property please check with your electricity provider that there are no general outages, unpaid bills or other reasons why there may be a loss of power in the property. If it is not due to any of these reasons then please submit this request and contact us via telephone.

Sockets

Fire

If there is a fire at the property under no circumstance should you try to put it out yourself. You must immediately evacuate the property and then contact the emergency services to report the fire. After that you must contact us by telephone.

Heating

If there is a fire at the property under no cIf you are experiencing issues with the Heating in your property, please ensure that the timer controls are setup correctly. If you are unsure how to do this, please refer to the manufacturer’s manuals, these can be found online. Please also ensure if you have oil heating that there is kerosene in the oil tank. If the above does not resolve the issue please continue to submit this request.

Electricity Powered Heating

If there is a fire at the propertPlease first check the boiler is turned on. If you are unable to turn the boiler on or if the boiler is on and there is still no hot water after waiting for the water to heat please continue to submit this request. If this is an emergency please also contact us by telephone.

Gas powered heating

Please first check the boiler is turned on. If you are unable to turn the boiler on or if the boiler is on and there is still no hot water after waiting for the water to heat please continue to submit this request. If this is an emergency please also contact us by telephone.

Radiator

Hot Water

If you are experiencing issues with the Hot Water in your property, please ensure that the timer controls are setup correctly. If you are unsure how to do this, please refer to the manufacturer’s manuals, these can be found online. If the above does not resolve the issue please continue to submit this request.

Heated by electricity

Please first check the boiler is turned on. If you are unable to turn the boiler on or if the boiler is on and there is still no hot water after waiting for the water to heat please continue to submit this request. If this is an emergency please also contact us by telephone.

Heated by gas

Please first check the boiler is turned on. If you are unable to turn the boiler on or if the boiler is on and there is still no hot water after waiting for the water to heat please continue to submit this request. If this is an emergency please also contact us by telephone.

Extractor fan

Please ensure the isolation switch is turned on, this may be located in the store cupboard or near your fuse box. Please also ensure the vent is fully open and clear of debris. If the issue still persists then please continue to submit this request.

Internal lighting

Please ensure the isoIf a lightbulb replacement this would usually the responsibility of the occupier of the property. To be sure please check the terms of your lease.

If you have a gas leak or you can smell gas you must immediately evacuate the property and then contact National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. After that you must report this issue both through this system and by telephone.

Leak

In the event of a leak causing damage to the property please contact us by telephone immediately. If the leak originates from inside the property you should turn the water off to prevent further damage. If the leak is coming from another property next to yours you must try and contact the occupants of that property as soon as possible.
