Our Story
Founded in 1998 by Fintan Quinn, Quinn Property Management began as a small local property management firm and has grown to become a leading multi-service property company across the West and Mid-West of Ireland. Over more than two decades, the
business has expanded its expertise across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Neal Quinn took over the business in 2016 and since then the business has grown to be one of the leading property service employers in the area.
Today, Quinn Property Management continues to combine deep local knowledge with professional standards and modern technology, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and measurable results.

Before joining Quinn Property Management, Neal spent over a decade trading in capital markets for international banks in Ireland and abroad. Holding a BSc in Financial Mathematics and Economics (NUIG) and an MSc in Investment and Treasury (DCU), Neal brings a strong financial and analytical perspective to the business.
He holds all four PSRA licences, a Higher Certificate in Property Studies, and is an Associate Member of both SCSI and RICS. Neal’s strategic, return-focused approach has driven the firm’s continued expansion, particularly in valuations, investor services, and asset management.
